The website is convenient to use, as it allocates various resources for the public to look for clinics. However, the website interface can be improved. As first timers, it can be confusing, as I thought I could contact the clinic directly by sending the enquiry. However, after I've went through the website, I learn better that this is a medium instead. Overall it's fine though!
