  • Choose clothes and socks that absorb sweat well (especially while exercising)

  • Change your clothes (socks in particular) often

  • Let your shoes dry up before wearing them again (switch between two pairs of shoes)

  • Relaxation techniques such as yoga and medication may help reduce stress
