There are certain things you can do that may help reduce excessive sweating and the associated bad body odor. Below are some suggestions.
Try using non-prescription antiperspirants
Some body/foot powders can help reduce sweating
Shower/bathe at least once a day
Dress in light clothes that allow your skin to breathe
Choose shoes that allow your feet to breathe
Choose clothes and socks that absorb sweat well (especially while exercising)
Change your clothes (socks in particular) often
Let your shoes dry up before wearing them again (switch between two pairs of shoes)
Relaxation techniques such as yoga and medication may help reduce stress
