Staff members were friendly however there are at least 3 members coming in to the room to get items such as, shower cap, measurement file etc. It's not very polite when a patient is in the midst of measuring her body weight and staff members barged into the room. They have 2 coolsculpting machines and both shows technical issues in the midst of doing it. It was my first time experiencing coolsculpting, yet, problems raised.

It was my 1st trial of cryolipolysis treatment to reduce the fats around my waist and tummy. Thank you so much to Dr. Kee, Dr. Chen and the staffs in the premier clinic for making me feel comfortable and confidence to performed the session. At first I a bit hesitate to do it as I am afraid the process might hurt physically and may not be effective like most of the slimming center I went before. To my surprise is painless and they arrange the next appointment to prove the result. That show the clinic are reliable and honest in providing the result after customer undergo their free trial. I honestly feel the staffs over there are friendly and well trained in terms of the process as well as the procedure. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends.
