Back Pain Treatment

Backache, or back pain, is not a disease, but an indicator to a more serious problem. It can result from a problem with either ligaments, muscles, nerves, or the bone that make up the spine, or even organs like the kidney. Mostly, the cause of back pain is overworking, which is why people often opt to look for a chiropractor, acupunture practitioner, message therapist. Other alternatives that functional medicine practice offers is to start with your body and your mind. Since pain is a sensory and emotional experience, our thoughts, feelings, and emotions (e.g.: from stress) can actually contribute to the feeling of "pain". Doctors may suggest you to:Undergo an elimination dietExerciseGet plenty of restManage stressIf you're considering using alternative medicine for back pain, talk with your doctor first. It's important to note that self-treating with alternative medicine and avoiding or delaying standard care may be harmful to your health.

Pregnancy Back Pain Treatment

It is normal to experience back pain during pregnancy. This happens because during your pregnancy, your body produces a hormone called relaxin that relaxes your pelvic area and loosens the pelvic joints to prepare for the childbirth process. However, this same hormone also causes the ligaments that support your spine and backbone to loosen and relax, causing instability and pain. You can let your doctor check on your back pain problem so that your doctor can advise you on the best treatment, whether it is a medical treatment or a daily practice for your back pain relieft.

Acid Reflux Treatment

Acid Reflux Treatment

Do you always experience heartburn specifically at night or in the morning? Acid reflux is also known as heartburn. It is a condition where a warm and burning sensation is felt typically in the regions below the throat all the way to the region below the chest bone. This happens when stomach acid rises to the throat or mouth and leave a sour or bitter aftertaste. Acid reflux can usually be treated with medications but needs to be treated early, or the frequent acid production may damage the throat.

Heartburn/Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) Diagnosis & Treatment

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), also known as heartburn and acid indigestion, is a digestive disorder that affects the lower esophageal sphincter (LES). GERD is a continuation from an untreated acid reflux. Some of GERD symptoms are: Heartburn or burning feeling in the chest Chest pain Regurgitation of food or sour liquid Sensation of a lump in your throat Functional medicine focuses on treating the root cause of a disease. The treatment focuses on the person rather than the disease, therefore, upon consultation with your doctor, you may be suggested to: Eat small and regular meals Avoid certain foods Avoid eating right before bed Reduce body weight Stop smoking Despite the list, the right treatment depends on consultation with your doctor to determine the best treatment for you, which is prescribed based on your own body conditions.

Constipation Management

Constipation occurs as a condition following an irritable bowel syndroms (IBS). Constipation is difficulty in emptying the bowels due to hardened feces and also an opposite disease of diarrhea. Treating constipation with functional medicine is simple, but it will take time. Functional medicine treatment is also different for every person depending on their body condition. Got my first physiotherapy experience here, and I'd say that their services were excellent. Very systematic appointment bookings, fast and efficient. My therapist, Hidayah, was phenomenal. She helped me a lot throughout the physio sessions, and I could finally walk, run and jump as I could before my injury. I was so much happier since then. Thanks again for the help! Highly recommended 💯

Siti Nur Hidayah is a very knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, soft spoken & patience physiotherapist!!! She's excellent with whatever she does - massages, dry needling and exercise regimens. Been suffering leg & shoulder pain for long long time. She'll explain very clearly what is going on with my body (even telling me what are the muscles name) and gave very detailed explanation on the procedures that need to be done for every sessions. She fixed all my pains effectively after few seasons with her. Thank you very much Siti 😘 Overall all the staff are very friendly & caring. The environment here is nice & clean (they sanitize everything before and after used). Highly recommended for anyone looking for physiotherapy treatment.

I'm a scoliosis patient. I suffered back pain for more than two years. Now, back pain is no longer a problem for me because I met Ms Chan Chen Xin in Your Physio Taman Connaught. She is very patient and responsible. Ms Chan has gone extra miles on her responsibilities. I was requested to send her my photos and videos of my daily exercises. She will check it and correct me if there's any mistakes. Because of Ms Chan, I managed to recover a lot after 10 sessions of physio. The environment is very cozy and clean. They strictly follow the SOP and sanitize the tools before you use them. I would highly recommend Your Physio. Thank you Your Physio and Ms Chan! I really appreciate Ms Chan for all her efforts.🥰

Found this physio center through their website and planned to give it a try for my neck pain. They arranged Ms chen xin as my physiotherapist. When I first see her, the first thing that came to my mind: will she be able to treat me as she looks very young. I felt regret 5 min later when she asked about my condition 😂 she is so professional and asked through my condition thoroughly. She even explained that my neck pain is because of my wrong posture during my work. She helped me to massage my neck and teach me proper stretching and ways to correct my posture 😁 felt the relieve by the 1st session itself. After 3 sessions with chen xin, the pain is not there anymore. Thumbs up on chen xin and truly recommend her if you are having similar conditions like me😉😁

thank to god, it's very good before you feel your breath x enough after that you learn the right way to breathe, and treatment and massage to loosen bones and muscles, and good advice and good service plus pleasant music and good exercises, it's hard to work if anxiety is difficult, then do the work now, you can do the work, just take care of your nutrition. And don't eat a lot like that. • Original in Malay, translated by Google

I don’t recommend this as they are not sincere in their promotion; and they do not provide a proper services time. I ask clearly before I visit but at the end for 45 mins treatments, I only get 15 mins treatments and the balance time are only for “chit chat” assessment session which is ridiculous. The price of RM130 for 15 mins treatment are scary.
★☆☆☆☆ • facebook
Signed up their treatment package and found out that actually they have promo running on Facebook. Reception or staff never mentioned about it during my enquiries, registration and even after treatment. Dislike their dishonesty. Always check on their promos before sign up. No doubt my first session with them had relieved partial of my pain, but my wallet is pain now. Still have few more sessions to go.

Thanks a lot to Ms Wie Lin, my pain from the slipped disc has lessen a lot compared to last time. After first treatment by her can see a very big difference, the pain reduced by at least 70%,which is very important to me as the sore pain makes me hard to sleep at night, but now I don't feel much of the pain already. She is very attentive and give me a very good info on how to take care of my back as in long term basis. I'm happy having her as my therapist 👍
