For me everything is alright, what i need to do is just fill up a simple enquiry form and then waiting for the reply. Somehow the reply from both parties, ERUFU Care & the clinic are very fast. In overall, my user experience of using ERUFU Care is good. Also, Juliet from ERUFU Care also follow up with me to see whether I've gotten any reply from the clinic.
