Lack of another 0.5 is because at first i thought clinic will contact me by telephone call. So for other users if you wish to receive telephone call from clinic instead, you may write a short note to the clinic that you would like to enquire such that "please contact me by phone call" in the given blank. But in overall i think it is good, at least it really reply me through email.
