Dr. Dharmindra has worked with us since 2018 on a part-time basis. He is our visiting specialist consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMFS).

Dr. Dharmindra graduated with the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2003. He completed his 3-year masters’ specialisation in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in the prestigious University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 2010. He has served in the Malaysian Public Service in Melaka for 15 years. In 2014, he completed his postgraduate certificate in Advanced Oral Implantology from Manipal University, India. Dr. Dharmindra currently holds a resident consultant post in Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh, Melaka.

He is passionate about teaching and holds courses about wisdom tooth surgery for younger dentists several times a year. Patients love his engaging personality and caring demeanour.

His systematic review on "Biomaterials for Repair of Orbital Floor Blowout Fractures" was ranked 4th on the ScienceDirect top 25 list of most downloaded articles from the Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2013.

Outside of work, Dr. Dharmindra is an avid football fan (Manchester United and Melaka United!). He is also a loving husband and father.
