Back Pain Treatment

Backache, or back pain, is not a disease, but an indicator to a more serious problem. It can result from a problem with either ligaments, muscles, nerves, or the bone that make up the spine, or even organs like the kidney. Mostly, the cause of back pain is overworking, which is why people often opt to look for a chiropractor, acupunture practitioner, message therapist. Other alternatives that functional medicine practice offers is to start with your body and your mind. Since pain is a sensory and emotional experience, our thoughts, feelings, and emotions (e.g.: from stress) can actually contribute to the feeling of "pain". Doctors may suggest you to:Undergo an elimination dietExerciseGet plenty of restManage stressIf you're considering using alternative medicine for back pain, talk with your doctor first. It's important to note that self-treating with alternative medicine and avoiding or delaying standard care may be harmful to your health.

Pregnancy Back Pain Treatment

It is normal to experience back pain during pregnancy. This happens because during your pregnancy, your body produces a hormone called relaxin that relaxes your pelvic area and loosens the pelvic joints to prepare for the childbirth process. However, this same hormone also causes the ligaments that support your spine and backbone to loosen and relax, causing instability and pain. You can let your doctor check on your back pain problem so that your doctor can advise you on the best treatment, whether it is a medical treatment or a daily practice for your back pain relieft.

Vertigo (Dizziness) Treatment and Test

Are you having dizziness or vertigo? The main difference is that vertigo, other than just experiencing dizziness, gives you a feeling or illusion that either you feel as if you are moving even though you're not (subjective vertigo), or you feel that your surroundings are moving even though they're not (objective vertigo). Vertigo is usually caused by a problem in the ear, and can be tested and treated using several different procedures, including Canalith Repositioning Procedure (Epley Maneuver), Cawthorne-Cooksey (CC) Exercises, Dix-Hallpike Maneuver, Posterior Semicircular Canal Occlusion, Labyrinthectomy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, or Ear Microscopy.

I had injuries to my biseps in my left hand after having a bad fall in the field. It was very painful and I could not left my left hand. My left knee was swollen from the fall.after going to the hospital to check if there is any fracture and after X-ray it was confirmed that there was no fracture. Then I had no choice but to go for physio therapy to get my treatment. The staffs were good and after 10 sessions both my knee and left hand is fine now. I have been suffering from frozen shoulder and locked jaw on the left cheek. I'm going thru this treatment for the 4th times and the locked jaw Jo more pain and clicking. My frozen shoulder due to my left shoulder was lower then the right side. After all the overhaul and realigned of the nerves I'm recovering well and no more pain. Few exercises taught with the treatment too. I recommended this place for people who have problems with their nerves and in pain.

Amazing Place and highly recommended, the physio and his assistant here are highly skilled and understands all my long-term problems fully! I did golf physio with Wayne and just wanted to try it out. He videos my swing and showed my various aspects which I need to work on. After 5 sessions with them my swing has improved miles to what it was months back. They are not professional golf instructor but they teach you which muscles and how the proper golf swing should feel. Highly recommended :)

Recently, I brought my mom to REGENESIS Physiotherapy for a series of sessions on her knee recovery and I must say the service are exceptional. Both Wayne and Katy are very professional and skillful in evaluating my mom's condition, for which they gave very clear explanation and provided effective treatment throughout the sessions. They always took their time listening to my mom's concerns and thoroughly assessing her recovery progress in every sessions. Just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my mom's mobility and she is able to walk without her crutches. They never rushed through the sessions, taking the time to explain each exercise and technique to ensure my mom understood the purpose behind them. Their genuine care, patience and attentiveness have really made a profound impact on my mom's recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled physiotherapist who truly puts their patients' well-being at the forefront.
