When it comes to the treatment, I will be getting an injection by next Thursday (4 May 2017), and they didn't give me explanations enough as to why do I need the injection. For my case, I've been dealing with this issue for about 4 years now, so I've been doing some research and wanted to get more scientific explanation about this. The explanation was pretty unclear for me, and I'm worried if they are not taking it seriously. At some point, the gap in knowledge made me feel uncomfortable. But otherwise, in terms of doctor's knowledge wise, I'm impressed.

He said if it's not working, then I can go for the 2nd option.After I got the treatment, it was effective in the beginning, but now deteriorating. I would say I didn't get 100% of what I need. I would go back for my 2nd treatment in October 2017, but I might consider other options first before deciding if the 2nd option suits me.

Actually that place looks modern and clean (even from European perspective). The physiotherapy is like a big factory. Don't go there if you prefer privacy or personal contact partner. I wasn't able to get the same therapist a second time even I asked for it. During the treatment the therapist changed. They chat with each other during massage. Especially when you don't understand Bahasa it really feels irritating. Good message; there are much better places to go in KL.
