He is very detailed in explaining the procedure, risks, costing, need for COVID test. Totally give me 110% confidence. Anesthetist (don't know name) was also very good. Overall, surgery went well. I came into the emrgency room with my sick father the other day at 4am in the morning. Thankfully my fathers condition was a very minor one and we were in and out within 4 hours. Nurses in the ward was very pleasant, friendly and courteous even during the night. Medication was always served on time. Call bell was attended to promptly. Suite room was very affordable and spacious. Due to COVID pandemic, hospital practice strict guidelines as introduced by our Ministry of Health. COVID test was done. Protective equipment was worn by staff throughout my stay until test result came back negative. This made me feel very safe and secure.
