Then doctor ask us to perform another test upstair and will explain the baby to us together with the other test. After the other test, we went back to the doctor. There are also 2 nurses standing besides us and talking very loudly. Then after awhile, we asked the doctor whether there is anything to be aware and take note before baby born, such as what to prepare and what to do, way to give birth, doctor to assist in giving birth etc. The doctor responded just come back in 2 weeks times and we see how. There is no explaining and no alternative or precautions given by the doctor. The whole consultation with this doctor took less than 10mins but we waited for 1 and a half hours and there is neither explanation nor guidance provided to us (being a first time parents). We are very disappointed with this doctor TOO LOY LAN and the clinic. Wasted our time and effort in waiting and spending. I dont have to wait long, good ambience, kind and friendly doctor and most importantly both my ears are better cleaned dan dah tak bengkak lagi. Yang lg best, super advanced ENT machines and technology facilities at the clinic, you can see the ear treatment during procedures, from monitor in front of you. Tq very much Dr Teoh and his team. He is very detailed in explaining the procedure, risks, costing, need for COVID test. Totally give me 110% confidence. Anesthetist (don't know name) was also very good. Overall, surgery went well. I came into the emrgency room with my sick father the other day at 4am in the morning. Thankfully my fathers condition was a very minor one and we were in and out within 4 hours. But i would like to commend the nurses and staff here. Special thanks to Dr Goh, Dr Chong, Dr Chua and the entire team for my successful emergency major operation done last week at Kempas Medical Centre. Nurses in the ward was very pleasant, friendly and courteous even during the night. Medication was always served on time. Call bell was attended to promptly. Suite room was very affordable and spacious. Due to COVID pandemic, hospital practice strict guidelines as introduced by our Ministry of Health. COVID test was done. Protective equipment was worn by staff throughout my stay until test result came back negative. This made me feel very safe and secure. In my opinion this is definitely the best hospital in Johor Bahru after my third admission in 5 years. Thumbs up and cheers to all the frontliners.
