Facelift

Facelift

A facelift is the medical aesthetics procedure done to quite literally lift up the face, tighten our facial skin, and produce a more youthful appearance for our face. During a facelift process, some of the procedures involved are the removing excess facial skin, tightening tissues, and reshaping the skin on your face and neck. There are both surgical and non-surgical options (also known as Threadlift) for facelift. Surgical facelift requires 1-2 days of hospital admission, while a non-surgical one can be completed as an outpatient. Treatment duration: 2-6 hours (surgical), about 1 hour (non-surgical)

You don't necessarily have to go under the knife for a facelift. With the latest treatments and technology, facelifts have become more and more common. If you have sagging or loose skin, a facelift can help you stimulate collagen production tighten your skin for a younger, fresher looking complexion.

In a non-surgical facelift, threads are used to pull the skin. These threads are absorbable by our body, and are the same type of threads as those used to suture cuts on our skin.

These threads pull our skin from the inside to an upwards and inwards direction to lift the skin, contour the face, and enhance facial features.

PicoSure®
PicoSure® represents the cutting edge of a type of laser technology known as short-pulse lasers. These lasers are designed to “flash” incredibly quickly, in PicoSure®’s case in trillionths of a second. This rapid flashing minimizes the amount of heat and creates a photomechanical effect that’s highly effective in removing tattoo ink and unwanted pigment. PressureWave™ technology is applied by using a unique wavelength of light (755nm) and a specialized lens to convert laser energy into gentle pressure. This pressure squeezes cells, activating the natural cell signalling processes that create new collagen and elastin without burning or damaging the skin. PicoSure® doesn’t rely on heat to burn away and destroy skin to force the body to heal. PicoSure®’s ultra-fast pulses and specialized wavelengths work together to minimize the amount of heat that is transferred. Less heat means less damage to surrounding skin and less risk of injury.

Filler Correction

Filler Correction

Have dermal fillers injected but didn't achieve your expected outcome? Or you have a different desired look you wish to achieve now? You can discuss with the doctor about fiiler correction treatments, to re-adjust or make changes to your present fillers.

Collagen Filler

Collagen Filler

Collagen, in human or animal, is the most abundant protein that makes up most parts of the living body. Collagen is a natural protein, that makes up 70%-80% of our skin dermal layer. Thus, replenishing collagen on our skin becomes essential in order to maintain a youthful look by delaying the signs of aging. While we can’t demand our collagen production to run like when we’re younger, we may, however, induce some collagen to add on to what we have, or cause the body part to produce more collagen. Hence, collagen fillers may be a way to help you regain your youthful looks by “plumping up” your wrinkles and folds. They are also useful in correcting fine lines and wrinkles.

Laser Skin Tightening

Laser Skin Tightening

If you don't prefer invasive treatments or facelift surgeries for your anti-aging treatment, you can opt for more technologically-advanced skin tightening procedures using laser. If your have sagging skin, loose skin, wrinkles, lines, or uneven skin tone and texture, laser skin tightening can help you treat these skin conditions and return youthfulness to your face without any surgical process.

Lipodissolve

Lipodissolve

Do you want to get rid of stubborn fats but without going under the knife in surgical procedures? Lipodissolve is a non-surgical option to remove fats through injections of medications in the layers under our skin. Medications and chemicals prepared by the doctor are injected into the treatment area, where the fat cells will dissolve and be broken down by chemical reaction, or in some cases, the fat cells either migrate to other areas of the body or is excreted. Multiple sessions are usually required within a duration of 4-6 weeks for effective results. Lipodissolve is usually done on an outpatient basis.

Weight Loss Treatment

Weight Loss Treatment

Are you finding it hard to get rid of that extra weight and excess fats even after strict regimes of exercise and diet? With the advancement of technologies these days, weight loss need not be as difficult anymore. There are medical and technological treatments that can burn fat, freeze and break down fat cells, or also medicines that can help in weight loss. You can discuss with the doctor to see what treatment is suitable with your condition and desired effect.

Are you looking to lose stubborn body fat that won't go away no matter how much you exercise? But you don't want to go through surgeries like liposuction either?

There are now medical aesthetics procedures like High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) treatments that can target fats at specific areas of our body to get rid of them.

However, one thing to keep in mind for any weight or fat loss procedure is that the result usually varies from one individual to another, so make sure you discuss with your doctor in detail on your expectations to keep them aligned for both parties.

Skin Lightening

Skin Lightening

If you are unsatisfied with your skin colour, you may want to consider lightening your skin colour through laser treatments. Our skin colour can darken due to melanin production, pigmentation or skin damages due to sun exposure. Skin lightening procedures are unique and different for every individual, because it depends on your skin condition, and the reason behind your dull or dark skin colour in the first place. A popular treatment for skin lightening is laser treatment, where the laser light emission can remove dark spots and pigments from your skin, leaving you with bright skin colours.

Laser Lipolysis

Laser lipolysis is a non-surgical option for a procedure to remove stubborn fats from under your skin. During a laser lipolysis procedure, your fat cells are liquified to make the removal easier. A laser is used to directly contract your collagen to tighten your skin from the inside out with the absence of the removed fats. Some common areas where laser lipolysis is used are upper and lower abdomen, thighs, upper arms, and the waist.

Hair Loss Treatment

Hair Loss Treatment

Generally, hair loss is the loss of hair from the scalp (on our head) or other body parts. Hair loss can include excessive shedding, hair thinning, receding hairline, patchy bald spots, or excessively oily or dry scalp. Hair loss differs between men and women, and can also be different according to region and race (a topic still under research!). Age is certainly a factor, though not the ultimate one. Hair loss is more likely to affect males, elder people, and highly stressed individual. Fewer than 45% of women go through their lives without any hair loss problem at all, while 50% of men have been found to have mild hair loss, and 75% with moderate to severe hair loss. Hair loss in men is more of an expectancy compared to that for women. By the age of 80 years, 80% of men are affected by hair loss. Besides, 25% of men start showing hair loss signs as early as in their 20s! For women, about ⅓ of women experience hair loss at some point in their lives, and ⅔ women experience hair loss after menopause. However, hair fall is actually extremely normal for both women and man. Losing up to 250 strands of hair when you shampoo is normal for women with long hair! Aging is no doubt the most common cause of hair loss. However, did you know that you aren’t actually ‘losing hair’, but more on reduced hair growth during old age? On average, our hair grows up to 1.5 inches every month. The process of aging slows down the hair growth (which is unavoidable). So when your hair growth is slower than your hair fall, you start to notice less hair on your head. However, you may want to see a specialist when you experience the following conditions: Rapid hair loss Hair loss accompanied by itching, skin irritation, pain etc. Hair loss happens after consuming certain foods or medication

Hair loss is a common longstanding problem for both men and women, albeit in different forms across gender. Hair loss can be caused by aging, genetics, diet, hormones, or skin infections and medications.

There are several types of hair loss treatment that can be done for you to regain a head full of hair, including Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) treatment, mesotherapy, hair regrowth injections, and others.

Discuss with your doctor to see which treatment suits your condition best to help you achieve your desired results.

Sometimes, hair loss can be caused by scalp infections like fungal infections or skin disorders. These can usually be treated with medicines or medical treatments, allowing hair to grow back after treatment.

Some medications or treatments can also lead to hair loss, especially those involving cancer (chemotherapy and radiotherapy), diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, or high blood pressure. Hormonal medication, birth control pills, steroids and acne medications affect our hormonal balance and may also lead to hair loss.

Treatments are aplenty these days for hair loss, so even though your hereditary hair loss can be unavoidable, it is certainly treatable. From topical medicines to treatments and procedures, find your preferred treatment at your preferred clinic, here.

Comedogenic acne is the small, black or white protruding acne that can be found on our skin from time to time, whereas inflammatory acne is the big, red, swollen acne that happens as a result of our skin inflammation to the bacteria. If your acne problems have been bothering you and no facial cleanser or products have worked miracles for you, you might want to consider getting an acne treatments to get rid of your acne problems once and for all. There are several different acne treatments provided by skin doctors, medical aesthetic doctors, and skin specialist doctors. These are treatments like lasers, chemical peeling, or microdermabrasion.

You can get your acne symptoms treated quickly with the latest technology using laser machines for acne removal.

Shingles is actually caused by the Varicella-zoster virus, which is the same virus that causes your chicken pox. After your chicken pox outbreak, the virus stays inactive in your body. When your immunity is low, this virus can be reactivated again. Shingles can be very painful and requires treatments that include oral and topical medications.

Scabies Treatment

Scabies Treatment

Scabies is an itchy skin condition that looks like track burrows under the skin. These tracks are made by mites that dig tiny tunnels under the surface of the skin. The mites can also lay eggs in this burrows, making the skin condition worse. Scabies can cause itching and rashes, and can spread quickly and easily through physical contact of skin. Scabies treatments are usually targeted at entire families and contact groups because of this highly contagious nature of the infection. However, scabies can be readily treated, usually via topical medicine. The medicine is formulated to kill the mites and recover the skin.

Stretch Marks Removal

Stretch Marks Removal

Stretch marks appear due to a breakage in the middle layer of our skin, usually due to sudden weight gains, growths, hormones, or reaction to certain medications. Stretch marks are very common after pregnancy, too. C-sec Scars can be flat, hypertrophic or keloid. Hypertrophic scars grow within the scars, whereas keloid scars grow out from the original scar. The most effective treatment for stretchmarks is laser treatments. The laser creates micro injuries on the skin, allowing the delivery of PRP (platelet rich plasma) into the middle layer of the skin. PRP is made from the patient’s own platelets and fibrin, and play a role in enhancing the “growth factors” that activate and rejuvenate cells in our body. Both these steps stimulate the regeneration of collagen and improve the healing of stretch marks.

Fractional CO2 Laser
Fractional CO2 laser is a medical aesthetics technology that can treat several skin conditions like dull skin, wrinkles, fine lines, and skin texture and tone without any discomfort or inconvenience of a long treatment duration.
Nd-YAG Laser
Nd-YAG Laser, also known as YAG Spectra Laser, is a technologically-advanced non-ablative laser that can be used to treat several different skin conditions, like facial thread veins, dull skin, sagging skin, and excessive hair growth.
Radio Frequency (RF)
Pico Laser

I always wanted to improve my skin texture... because parts of my face were damaged by prolonged exposure under the sun and acne issues in the past. I searched online and found the Ee clinic and went for a detailed and comprehensive consultation - Dr Ee highlighted the specific treatments that I need to do. I went ahead with the CO2 laser treatment to remove some of my acne scars and blemishes. The procedures performed by Dr Ee was precise and gentle, and I didn’t feel any burning sensations from the laser. One week had passed, and my skin is now more radiant and smooth. Furthermore, the cost of treatment is reasonable and affordable. I would strongly recommend Ee clinic to friends and patients for their skin solutions!
